The project «Green Quarter» was initiated by the President of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev and was approved by the Government.


A land plot of 20.5 hectares has been allocated for the construction of the facility. According to the project, the "Green Quarter" complex assumes the presence of residential and administrative zones, shopping and entertainment, social and cultural facilities. In total,

13 buildings were built within the Green Quarter,

3 of which will be sold for commercial use.


All buildings of the complex are LEED certified.

LAVINA MALL is a complex building with a two-level facades and central parts. Lavina Mall opened its doors in the Berkovtsy district, close to the construction hypermarket "Epicenter" and the most successful food hypermarket in Ukraine "Auchan".


Currently, there are about 40 000 people a day in the parking lots next to this facility.


The scale of the project is impressive: more than 500 stores and fifty restaurants.


Main site area: 15 hectares.
